SouthStar Management Institute is dedicated first and foremost to our students, but SMi exists because of the vision of Le Cong Co, the nationally recognized “Hero of Labor”, Distinguished Teacher, and the visionary founder of Duy Tan University. Le Cong Co has devoted nearly a quarter century to the promotion and development of Duy Tan University and has made an indelible mark on the history of Vietnam through his devotion to education. SMi is honored to carry on this tradition and build on the accomplishments of the founder of DTU to produce graduates with the technical and ethical character to lead Vietnam to a prosperous and peaceful future.
