Following their remarkable victory at the SAP ERPsim Asia-Pacific competition, the Dongry Corporation team from SouthStar Management - Duy Tan University has made history once again by becoming the SAP ERPsim World Champion 2025. The global competition, held on June 5, 2025, showcased the team’s exceptional talent and reaffirmed SMI’s position on the international academic stage.
The team, composed of five outstanding students from the Logistics and Supply Chain Management program at the SouthStar Management Institute, demonstrated impressive leadership and strategic thinking. They successfully managed a simulated Muesli cereal manufacturing company, navigating complex challenges such as financial crises and sudden disruptions in the supply chain with agility and precision.
What set the team apart was their commitment to a sustainable “green” strategy, focusing on reducing carbon emissions—an increasingly critical factor in customer satisfaction in today’s environmentally conscious market. Their innovative approach and sharp execution helped them outperform 14 strong teams from countries including the United States, Finland, Canada, Mexico, Germany, Chile, China, Vietnam, and the Philippines.
