  • Achieve AACSB accreditation
  • Produce highly sought after graduates
  • Generate high-quality research that is both instructive about business in Vietnam and thought provoking for academic colleagues around the world
  • Encourage faculty to be contributing members of the Academy of Management (AoM).
  • Create opportunities for faculty and students to interact with important thought-leaders in Vietnam and around the world.

Objectives:

  • Be the first AACSB accredited business school in Vietnam.
  • Have the highest recruitment to graduation ratio of any school in Vietnam.
  • Have at least 5 articles published in international management journals per year.
  • Have our faculty research presented in at least 5 international conferences per year.
  • Assemble an Advisory Board of top managers from Vietnamese companies with quarterly meetings.
  • Establish a management lecture series of stimulating topics for SMi and the greater community.
  • Establish an innovative curriculum that sets SMi apart from other schools of business.
