HONORS PROGRAM SCHOLARSHIP


SMi issues Honors Program Scholarships, specifically:

1. For foreign candidates:

a) 45 Full scholarships (100% tuition fee waiver for the whole course)

b) 90 Partial scholarships (50% tuition fee waiver for the whole course)

c) Free English + Vietnamese supplementary package for the first year of study for all subjects.

+ Eligibilities

Subjects to be considered for the scholarship must have graduated from high school and have foreign nationality.

2. For candidates who are Vietnamese:

a) 45 Full scholarships (100% tuition fee waiver for the whole course)

b) 45 Partial scholarships (50% tuition fee waiver for the whole course)

+ Eligibilities

Candidates who won the First, Second, Third and Consolation prizes in the national competition for excellent students held by Ministry of Education and Training get 100% tuition fee waiver

Candidates with high national admission test score >=25 points, English score >=7 or IELTS test score >=5.5: Full scholarship

Candidates with high national admission test score >=23 points, English score >=6 or IELTS test score >=5.5: Half scholarship

Terms & Conditions:

a) The list is considered in the order of priority for submission of application documents of each round of Admission and the number of scholarships is guaranteed as prescribed.

b) The scholarship is only granted during the official course, candidates who enter late will not receive the scholarship.

c) The scholarship is not transferable to another person.

d) In order to maintain the scholarship over the years, Vietnamese students who are awarded scholarships need to ensure the annual grade point average (GPA): 3.2/4.0

+ Conditions of binding and compensation

 Vietnamese students receiving scholarships, if they drop out or transfer schools in year 1 or at the beginning of year 2, they must compensate the school for the tuition fee of the first year of study.

+ Job opportunities for Vietnamese students: Duy Tan University will prioritize job placement after graduation with its partners or retain the school as a research or teaching staff.
